We love hearing from our customers and helping them in anyway we can! Please allow 24hrs for us to respond (during normal business hours M-F 9-5CT), we always try to answer all questions anytime we’re not making shirts! When using our Chat Support please allow up to 5 mins to respond but we always do . Oh yeah and LEAVE your email. 🙂

In order to keep our response wait times low we give priority to questions that are NOT already answered in the Product Description or Policy Details

I haven’t received a order/shipping confirmation email.

If you haven’t received a notification with-in 15mins of your order please check your spam folder. 

Also make sure your email host or client isn’t blocking OCM emails. This issue will also keep you from receiving email notifications that your order has shipped or other notifications from OCM. 

Afterwards contact us directly using a different email address so we can successfully reply. Be sure to include your order number.

Problems Placing Order

If you are having issues placing an order Contact Us and then check these items.
    1) Billing address matches your payment method.
    2) Security limits set on your card.
    3) Non-US banking payment method (possible, not always)

We use SquareUp and PayPal rather than a 3rd party merchant because SquareUp and PayPal have had a long history of security and protecting the buyer. We want our customers to have that peace of mind.

(We work OT to be fair to the already in queue orders so standard order ETA’s are not affected, this makes Rush orders a bit more expensive to produce.)

Sizing Details

At OCM we offer a variety of shirts in every kind of fit you can imagine.
That means we can help you find the perfect cut and perfect fit for your next purchase!!!
If you do not see a size chart that is no problem. Let us know before you place your order and we will be sure to send any size charts or sizing information you may need!!!

Please be sure to verify the size you are looking for with either a size chart or contacting us if you are still not sure as we ONLY offer, exchanges for sizing. We do understand that things can happen and if it does please contact us to discuss your matter.

Shipping and Delivery

Typical ship time is 5-7 business days (up to 14 days). These times may very depending on the size and product you ordered. We strive to improve these times constantly. If you need your order sooner, we offer a rush processing option at checkout.

RUSH Shipping is offered as a courtesy, delivery time is NOT guaranteed. We processes RUSH orders after hours. It is possible for a RUSH order to be late if we are overwhelmed or a sudden and large inventory change happens. If your order is late you may request a refund for the RUSH processing cost. We do not refund the cost of shipping charges nor does a late RUSH shipment qualify for a return, refund or cancellation.

FREE SHIPPING only applies to the lower 48 states, and includes standard processing time.

For security reasons we can not change shipping addresses other than the one used at the time of purchase, such as typos.

OCM is not responsible for delayed or lost orders. (once USPS receives the package we are no longer responsible for the package. It is up to you to contact USPS) We highly recommend upgrading from First Class to Priority for insurance protection.

All orders are shipped using first class or priority mail. This depends entirely on the weight of the order being mailed. All orders will have a tracking number. Mail gets delayed during heavy Holiday seasons so please plan on having at least 1-2 week turnaround time. Due to how we process orders your shipping label may be purchased/printed for some time before it actually leaves our location.

Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee

At OCM we absolutely stand behind our products and quality! We only uses top quality apparel and materials.

After 15 years we have our production process to an exact science and we enforce a Quality Assurance Program. This means each product is closely checked and tested through the entire production process for defects and performance quality.

Be sure you are following the guidelines sent with your product. (ie. wash instructions) We DO NOT support or warrant any items that are defective due to improper care such as using a machine dryer. Always hang dry our products to insure your shirts last for years!

If you think there is a product defect please include your order number and images of the defect.

Sales Items purchases are final, no returns or exchanges

Must contact us with-in 24hrs from the day of product delivery. No Returns on customized products. (Products are supplied with a sizing chart)

Shirt too small or too big? No Problem! We accept exchanges.

Simply contact us for confirmation to let us know you are returning the shirt for a different size. BE SURE to include a note of change in the packaging and your order number. Exchange item must be new, not worn or washed with original packaging

Once we receive your return we will process your exchange and send you a link to purchase return shipping. Exchange processing times are the same as new orders.

On Sale items orders are final no refund or exchanges

What’s the status of my order?

Whenever an order is completed or shipped we automatically send an email confirmation. Your order will show processing until it has been made and will show shipped once it has moved to the shipping department.

Login to your account through “My Account” page to view your order/s.

Don’t have an account? No Prob, you can check an order status by visiting our “Contact”page and enter your Order Number and your Email to receive your status.

Coupons and Shipping Discounts
